  I have 2 garage doors, a 16' and an 8'. The door panels were replaced 10 months ago but the installer didn't replace the old springs at the same time. Yesterday morning one of the 2 springs on the 16' was broken. I called All American Garage Doors and Steve answered and was fantastic on the phone. Charming, knowledgeable and courteous. He said a repairman was in the area and could be there within the hour. Paul showed up in about 40 minutes and made quick work of replacing all 3 aged springs. They gave me a very fair price and he was done and cleaned up in 80 minutes from drive in to drive out for both doors. This included a bit of relocation of the garage door track and cleaning/lubrication of the doors and pulleys. Paul was polite, efficient and answered all my questions, even showed me how and where to lube the system. Great experience all around!!!

  My garage door came off the rails and everything else went downhill from there. It was late in the day (7pm) and I wasn't sure if there would be any business open to fix my garage. I found All American Garagr Doors which advertised 24hr service.

Gave the business a call and was greeted by the owner, Steve. Steve was awesome. Super nice and after telling him what I was dealing with, he didn't hesitate to tell me that he was just finishing a job and he'd be over ASAP. His communication was great and upon arrival he wasted no time getting to work.

He was very polite and diagnosed thr problem as soon as he saw the garage. It only took him and his son an hour and they had the garagr back on the rails and balanced out.

  I contacted this company today for a service repair and spoke to a gentleman name Steve. Very professional and Informed me someone would be out between 10:30-11:00. I had a few things to do close to home and called back and asked if the technician could call me when he was 10 minutes away. That occurred and I received exceptional service from the technician.   Usually this time of year I noticed the dry and cold seem to cause my door to stick. This time it was staying stuck so I called All American. I had used them before for a keypad problem and they were honest and efficient then.
Tiffany was the contact point we talked about what they offered and what it might cost, we even discussed the what if of needing a new motor. The prices all seemed reasonable.
Paul was the Technician and while new to the company, all I can say is wow, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, gave the door a 'tune up'. Upped the force on the motor, cleaned and adjusted the springs, lubed what needed lubing. Problem fix and the door runs great, I haven't seen it run this smooth or quietly for quite a while.
When you read that 'integrity is their priority' believe it. There was no upselling, no insisting I add this or that. Just fixed the problem. Local and family owned. in my opinion a business you can trust. Look no further.

  I can't put into words how grateful I am to Steve! My garage door broke down for the 3rd time in 2years. It was serviced the first 2 times by Milano Garage Doors.
